About the Project
When Nat Geo approached us to create a brand integration spot for ‘Breakthrough,’ featuring their sponsor Lexus, we knew there would be a lot of moving parts to highlight. The new series ‘Breakthrough’ represents a unique partnership between Nat Geo, GE and a few Hollywood heavy-hitters like Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. Our challenge was to create a spot that seamlessly integrated Lexus’ brand with Breakthrough’s footage. To accomplish this, we created visual connections between Breakthrough’s technical and scientific aesthetic with Lexus’ off-roading footage to drive home the idea that both are forward-thinking brands worthy of a viewer’s attention.
